Our Mergers & Acquisitions team provides personal, pragmatic, and efficient advice to national and international companies, as well as entrepreneurs, on all types of transactions within the context of succession planning.

Specifically, we support you in the following areas:

Our M&A specialists work closely with teams from other fields, including IT/IP, taxation, competition and labor law. We are always focused on a pragmatic and cost-effective solution for our clients.

Our clients include both buyers and sellers, namely private and listed companies, strategic investors and financial investors, management teams within the framework of MBO or MBI, and entrepreneurs who want to manage their succession. We work closely with our network of selected foreign law firms to deal with specific aspects of cross-border issues.

Corporate law
