Dr. Dominik Tschudi

Dominik Tschudi represents clients in complex civil proceedings (particularly in the field of commercial and corporate law) as well as in white-collar crime cases. As the author of a dissertation on the confiscation of cryptocurrency, he has particular expertise in the securing and recovery of assets and regularly represents injured individuals and companies in criminal investigations.

As a member of the KC Startup Desk, Dominik Tschudi also advises founders and companies. His clients primarily come from the fields of blockchain, cyber, and defence/dual-use. Dominik Tschudi also serves as a Legal Advisor to the Swiss Armed Forces in this area.
