Kathrin Moser

Coming from a business family Kathrin is conversant with the needs of companies in various stages of development and early in her career became interested in legal and commercial topics. Accordingly, she completed the interdisciplinary Master's degree course at the University of St. Gallen and expanded this knowledge with many years of experience in practice as a lawyer and Public Notary.

She puts her expertise to the best use in the Start-up Desk Team at Kellerhals Carrard Zurich; there she advises company founders, start-ups and investors on legal and commercial issues and works out the best possible solution for them. Kathrin assists clients on general issues of company law, contract law, employment law, intellectual property rights and commercial law, specializing in employee share plans.
