Dr. Domenic Brand

Domenic Brand is a specialist in national and international commercial litigation and co-head of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice centres on dispute resolution before state courts and arbitral tribunals, with particular expertise in private construction and real estate law – encompassing the law of contracts for works and tenancy law – as well as general commercial and contract law. A further focus of his practice is the enforcement of international court and arbitral awards, including attachment proceedings. In addition to his work as counsel, he sits as arbitrator in international commercial disputes.
