Dario is a lawyer specializing in general contract law, corporate law and M&A transactions. As a member of the Startup Desk, he has in-depth expertise in advising founders and technology companies in all sectors and in all phases of the life cycle, from incorporation, financing rounds, employee participation programs and licensing agreements all the way to exit strategies. He also regularly advises venture capital investors (business angels, VCs, CVCs) on all aspects of investments.
Dario is also involved in several initiatives for the Swiss start-up landscape, e.g., as an expert in Innosuisse courses for start-up founders, and through editorial contributions to public contract standards for venture capital investments.
