About

Patric Brand specializes in corporate law as well as capital markets and securities regulations law. He assists national and international clients in complex national and cross-border M&A transactions. On a transaction related basis, he further advises on general contract law and business law matters, including labor law, tenancy law as well as corporate governance matters. Additionally, he advises clients in enforcement proceedings, white-collar crime matters as well as on internal investigations. He regularly publishes in his field of activity, recently on corporate social responsibility matters.
