Philipp A. d‘Hondt

Philipp d’Hondt has many years of experience in real estate and tenancy law in advising and representing property owners/investors, landlords, property management companies and business tenants (including SMEs and listed companies, both nationally and internationally). As an experienced litigation lawyer, he conducts proceedings before arbitration authorities and courts throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

When it comes to tenancy law, Philipp d’Hondt specializes in providing legal advice on comprehensive property renovations as well as drawing up, reviewing and negotiating complex tenancy agreements.

Furthermore, in coordination with our notary teams, he oversees small- and large-scale real estate projects, i.e. changes, parceling, easements, and the establishing of condominiums for sale or rent. Changes of ownership / real estate transactions (individual properties, portfolios including auction processes) are also part of his expertise.

Philipp d’Hondt has also been active for many years in all other areas of the notary’s practice (commercial register business and matrimonial and inheritance law) as well as in corporate law. Advising clients on the foundation of companies and restructuring (e.g. mergers, spin-offs, transfers of assets) and preparing the relevant documents are an important part of his practice.
