Didier Nsanzineza specialises in various aspects of corporate taxation, in particular incentive schemes, complex financing, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
He also assists entrepreneurs and institutional clients with VAT issues, particularly in the context of transactions or reorganisations.
He sits on the Geneva Bar Association Council and the Swiss Committee of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) as the Swiss representative of the Young IFA, and regularly speaks on tax-related topics as a member of several professional organisations in this field.
