Jean-Christophe Hocke mainly advises entrepreneurs, HNWIs, medium-sized companies and family offices on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law, in particular with regard to private equity investments and real estate transactions. Jean-Christophe Hocke also advises his clients on transferring their domicile and activities to Switzerland, as well as on issues relating to shareholders' rights and other family relationships in connection with investments in Switzerland and abroad. He also has extensive expertise in residential and commercial real estate projects, including the hotel sector.
