Loïc Theilkaes' practice focuses on sports law, but he is also particularly active in commercial, contract and competition law. He advises and represents clients before the Swiss judicial authorities as well as before arbitral tribunals such as the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (CAS). 


Loïc Theilkaes is a former professional tennis player, he is currently writing a doctoral thesis in sports law at the University of Neuchâtel.
