Joséphine Marmy

Joséphine Marmy practices in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law. She mainly focuses on advising start-ups and investors, in particular in the context of fund-raising and restructuring. Her expertise in the field is reinforced by the knowledge she acquired during her Certificate of Advanced Studies in Finance and Accounting. She also leads seminars, in particular as part of the training sessions for start-up founders organized by VentureLab.
