Sarah Schneider’s practice focuses on general contract and corporate law, M&A and commercial law. She advises national and international companies on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures.

As a dedicated member of the Startup Desk, she also assists start-ups and investors in private equity and venture capital transactions.
