Estelle Keller Leuthardt

Estelle Keller Leuthardt has been practicing as an attorney in the business sector since 2003.

She advises companies of all sizes and in all sectors of industry on all aspects of the contract life cycle (e.g. contract drafting, negotiation, interpretation and dispute resolution) as well as on matters of corporate law. She is also involved in the preparation of notarial and M&A transactions.

In addition to her comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial and commercial law, especially intellectual property, antitrust, labor and commercial law, she benefits from practical experience in the organization and operation of companies, due, firstly, to her former role as a corporate lawyer for an international chemical group; secondly, to her having consulting clients; and thirdly, to her deputizing for company lawyers.

She has been practicing as an attorney at Kellerhals Carrard since 2006 and has held the position of counsel since 2021. She gained her first experience in the business sector as a corporate lawyer at Clariant AG (2003–2006). Prior to this, she worked as a lawyer at the Canton Basel-Landschaft HR Office and completed traineeships in various areas, e.g. at the Basel-Landschaft medical department, PricewaterhouseCoopers AG.

She successfully completed her law studies at the University of Basel in 1999, including semesters at the universities of Neuchâtel and Geneva. She was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2002.
