Inheritance law / succession planning / conflict resolution and conducting a case

The team specializes in careful estate planning in inheritance issues, including corporate succession, drafts marriage and/or inheritance agreements as well as asset agreements for registered partnerships according to your wishes, and is also happy to set up foundations for you. It also deals with the division of estates and execution of wills and supports you during establishment in Switzerland, as well as from a tax perspective. We provide these services in cooperation with the experienced notaries and tax experts of our law firm.

We also specialize in international and national inheritance disputes. 

Family law

The challenges of the break-up of family relationships are particularly complex. Members of the Private Clients Team are recognized specialists in the field of family law.
