Elodie Spahni

Elodie Spahni joined the Geneva office of Kellerhals Carrard as an associate in 2021, after having completed her training as an attorney (2019–2020). She advises and represents the firm's clients before the Swiss judicial and administrative authorities. She focuses primarily on the fields of private law (in particular labor law, inheritance law, and contract law in general), debt collection and bankruptcy law, as well as criminal law. Elodie Spahni advises and represents both private individuals and companies.
