Leonel Ferreira joined our firm in Lausanne in December 2025 as a trainee lawyer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Neuchâtel.
Before joining our firm, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Digital Law, Private International Law and Private Law at the University of Neuchâtel, under the supervision of Prof. Florence Guillaume.
He is currently writing a doctoral thesis entitled “The Procedural Approach to Content Moderation and Dispute Resolution on Social Networks.” His areas of practice include civil procedure law, private international law, international arbitration, inheritance law, digital law and data protection.
