Adrian Veser works in the litigation department of our Lausanne office. He represents and assists our clients before the courts as well as before administrative and criminal authorities.
He focuses mainly on private law (in particular contractual and commercial disputes, inheritance law and construction law), debt collection and bankruptcy law (mainly enforcement proceedings and receiverships). He also acts as a counsel on these matters.
Adrian is also active in institutional (ICC, SCAI, etc.) and ad-hoc, Swiss as well as international, arbitration.
