Rina Iseni is an attorney in the tax department of the Firm’s Lausanne office. She represents and assists our clients before courts as well as before administrative and criminal authorities.
Her practice covers all aspects of Swiss and international tax law, including direct and indirect taxes. She focuses particularly on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, private wealth transfers, and estate planning. Rina also has expertise in anti-money laundering regulations and the related banking compliance rules.
