Ingrid Iselin has extensive experience in estate litigation and estate planning. She represents her clients, both Swiss and foreign, in inheritance disputes, often in an international context, both in negotiations and before the Swiss courts and authorities. She also advises both Swiss and foreign private clients on their estate planning, entrepreneurs on the transfer of their businesses and the various parties involved in an estate (executor, banks, family offices, etc.) on the administration and liquidation of complex estates. She assists clients who are planning to move to Switzerland, including for tax issues. She also advises on contract law, corporate law and trusts.
Ingrid Iselin holds the title of Swiss Bar Association (SBA) specialist in inheritance law. She is co-moderator of the Forum of Estate Lawyers of the Geneva Bar Association. Since 2017, Ingrid Iselin has also been an expert in the Federal Expert Group for the reform of inheritance law, whose members were appointed by the Federal Office of Justice.
