Noémie Mégevand

Noémie Mégevand advises the firm's clients in various areas of law, both in advisory and litigation matters, and represents them before Swiss judicial and administrative authorities.

Her practice focuses primarily on property and construction law, advising the firm’s clients on their property acquisition, letting and management projects, as well as in relation to property disputes, both civil and administrative. She also advises on legal issues relating to the acquisition of property by foreign nationals, particularly with regard to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreign Nationals (LFAIE, ‘Lex Koller’).

At the same time, she assists private clients, particularly foreign nationals, with their relocation to Switzerland, helping them to obtain residence and work permits, as well as with family reunification and Swiss naturalisation procedures.

Noémie Mégevand works in French, English, and German, and also has knowledge of Spanish.
