Dr. Marion Suter-Jakob

Marion Suter-Jakob is a specialist in employment and contract law. She is also highly experienced in criminal law, victim support law, family, child and adult protection law, and tenancy law. As well as providing legal advice to businesses and private individuals, she also supports and represents her clients in court.

I predominantly work in the areas of employment and contract law. Problems relating to a whole manner of different legal disciplines can arise during any professional or business related activity. This is where my previous work as a “general practitioner” comes into its own, as it allowed me to gain experience in fields such as criminal law, victim support law, family, child and adult protection, and tenancy law. When working on contracts, I am equally interested in identifying the interests and potential conflicts of interests of the parties early on and proposing rational compromises. In the event of a dispute between contracting parties, I would be happy to advise you in assessing the risks and opportunities, and in settlement hearings or mediations. And you can also count on my willing and consistent representation if a dispute comes before the court or the authorities.
