Thanks to our decades of experience in the construction sector, we are familiar with all the issues that arise in connection with a construction project. We will accompany you at every stage of a project, be it in the design stage, at quotation, contract drafting, dealing with disruptions in performance (such as missed deadlines and cost overruns, correction of defects) as well as conflict prevention and resolution. We have extensive experience with all service contract types and sample contracts standard in Switzerland, such as with the SIA 118 standard and the KBOB model contracts. We regularly support domestic and foreign clients in major international projects, where we apply international contractual standards (such as FIDIC).

Planner contracts

Editing, negotiating and drafting all types of architectural, engineering and planner contracts is one of our core competencies. We not only have an extensive experience with all contract types and sample contracts standard in Switzerland (such as SIA, KBOB), but also know the practical needs of our clients and incorporate these into the contracts. We have an excellent network within the Swiss planning industry and are actively involved in legislative projects and the development of contractual bases. We regularly advise planning companies and clients in disputes arising from planning contracts, for example, regarding fees or claims.
