Deal Ticker: Verlingue acquires ProConseils Solutions
Verlingue AG, a leading insurance broker with branches in Lucerne, Zurich and Berne and a subsidiary of the Adelaïde Group, acquired all shares of ProConseils Solutions SA, a prominent insurance brokerage firm in French-speaking Switzerland. This strategic acquisition strengthens Verlingue’s position in the Swiss market and implements Adelaïde Group’s strategic plan of reinforcing the Group’s presence in Europe by bringing together local businesses with a shared vision. Kellerhals Carrard advised Verlingue AG and the Adelaïde Group in this project. The team was led by Arnaud Philippe and included Guillaume Jacquemet and Sébastien Bédat (all M&A), Didier Nsanzineza (Tax) and Elodie Spahni (Employment).
