Deal Ticker: PostFinance sells stake in Swissquote

PostFinance Ltd successfully placed 536,000 shares in Swissquote Group Holding Ltd on the market as part of an accelerated bookbuilding process. The package represents 3.5 per cent of the share capital and a placement volume of around CHF 240 million.

Following this sale, PostFinance still holds a stake of around 1.5 per cent in Swissquote. The transaction is part of a strategic portfolio adjustment process at PostFinance. The operational cooperation between PostFinance and Swissquote remains unchanged and is not affected by the shareholding structure.
