Vanessa Benitez

After qualifying as a lawyer, Vanessa Benitez began her career at the Swiss Confederation, before developing her passion for public planning law and building control in a major Swiss city, where she headed the municipal building control office for many years. In this capacity, she is well acquainted with the issues and challenges faced by municipal authorities in terms of municipal planning. Attentive to her clients' interests and needs, she seeks above all pragmatic, negotiated solutions, and to this end uses out-of-court dispute resolution channels wherever possible.
