
Roman Huber’s practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, with a particular focus on international and cross border commercial law disputes as well as white-collar criminal law and regulatory matters.
Roman Huber specialises in complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on international and cross border matters. He also represents private and corporate clients in white-collar criminal law matters and administrative and regulatory litigation, in particular enforcement and other regulatory proceedings. He has extensive experience in international and cross-border disputes, in particular in contract, corporate and banking disputes and advises clients in various contractual matters as well as in corporate and compliance matters. Roman is further experienced in conducting internal investigations relating to white collar crime and regulatory issues.
Roman Huber has an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, based on his prior experience at a major Swiss Bank and at the Enforcement Division of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). In parallel to his work at Kellerhals Carrard, he is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG).
