Kellerhals Carrard event - Conflicts of interest in internal compliance investigations

Kellerhals Carrard hosted an event at the Park Hyatt in Zurich on the topic of conflicts of interest in internal compliance investigations.  Our speakers - Dr. Claudia Götz, Dr. Daniel Lengauer and Dr. Roman Huber - presented an overview of the new corporate law regulations and shared their broad experience in dealing with and resolving conflicts of interest, addressing in particular lessons learned from the perspective of financial services providers.

During the aperitif riche that followed, the participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss their own practical experiences.
