For several years, Melanie Huber has been responsible for the Labor Law department at the Basel location. She advises and represents her clients in all aspects of labor law (individual and collective labor law, public personnel law), and is also active in the field of general contract law. In addition to consulting in contentious and non-contentious matters, the representation in judicial proceedings, especially, forms a focal point of her work.
By obtaining the specialist attorney title in Labor Law from SAV (Swiss Bar Association) in 2018, she was able to deepen her expertise and establish a broad network in the field of labor law.
In addition to her legal practice, Melanie Huber has been serving as Employer’s representative at the canton Basel-Stadt arbitration board for discrimination matters since 2017.
