Manuel Brogli

Manuel Brogli is a lawyer specializing in financial market law, FinTech and technology law. His main areas of expertise are the planning and implementation of innovative business models (e.g. in the areas of DLT & AI) as well as support in licensing and supervisory proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and other organizations. As a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS) and a long-standing specialist member of the Swiss Leasing Association's self-regulatory organization for money laundering law (SRO/SLV), Manuel also has in-depth knowledge of all areas of money laundering law.
