Luana Stämpfli

Luana Stämpfli has many years of experience in national and international M&A and private equity transactions as well as in the areas of venture capital and start-ups. Her work also includes corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as corporate law and general contractual matters, in particular joint ventures, partnerships, and shareholder agreements. She has particular experience in the areas of asset deals, employee participation, and up and cross stream issues.

In the past, she has held various in-house roles and supported transactions on the client side, including during a secondment in London focusing on international M&A in the education sector and as legal counsel at an international venture capital firm in Singapore, where she managed various investments worldwide.

Luana Stämpfli is admitted to practice as an attorney in Switzerland and as a solicitor in England and Wales. She regularly holds workshops for investors and writes for venture capital publications.
