Insolvency and Restructuring

Kellerhals Carrard has a team of insolvency law specialists who play a leading role in all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring in Switzerland. We advise management bodies on the measures to be taken in the event of impending insolvency; we represent financial creditors, debtors and companies acquiring the assets of financially distressed firms; and we act as special insolvency administrators.

We are supported by our colleagues at Kellerhals Carrard from other areas such as competition law, company law, property law, and tax law. We advise on restructuring with the aim of finding innovative solutions that benefit all parties involved and, in some cases, can avoid insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, we are involved in national and international enforcement proceedings as well as in formal bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
