Kellerhals Carrard with Supernova Invest on UniSieve AG's USD 9 million Series A

What if industries could recover more valuable materials while using less energy? UniSieve develops advanced filter technology that helps companies separate gases more efficiently during industrial production. In simple terms, it helps manufacturers recover more of what they already produce, reduce emissions and lower energy consumption.
To support its next stage of growth, UniSieve has raised USD 9 million in Series A financing. The round was led by Supernova Invest through the Orano Venture Fund, alongside new and existing investors including Amadeus APEX Technology Fund, Founderful, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Guenat Holding. Kellerhals Carrard advised the lead investor Orano Venture Fund managed by Supernova Invest, a leading European deeptech investor. Orano Venture Fund was launched in 2024 by the nuclear materials group Orano. It backs European deeptech startups at Seed and Series A stage that contribute to a sovereign and sustainable industrial transition. The Kellerhals Carrard core deal team consisted of:
