Shima Gennari

After being admitted to the Bar in Geneva in 2017, Shima Gennari worked at a law firm in Zurich before joining the commercial law team of Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne in 2019. She regularly assists in commercial negotiations, whether in contentious or non-contentious contexts, and places particular emphasis on finding amicable solutions that help preserve business relationships while efficiently resolving disputes.

Shima Gennari advises the firm’s clients primarily on regulatory aspects of commercial law, in particular in public economic and financial law, product regulation, and international sanctions. She is also involved in legal matters relating to real estate and construction law.
