Meet: Emmanuèle Argand Great achievements Emmanuèle Argand, a law graduate from the University of Fribourg, is the only female Managing Partner at Kellerhals Carrard. A brilliant lawyer with a sharp mind, she deals with issues in all their complexity with creativity and determination. Emmanuèle has a deep-seated sense of justice, which is reflected in everything she does. She is diplomatic and systematically resolves all problems, even the most delicate. With a true concern for others, she offers an attentive ear and always makes herself available to everyone, helping them overcoming the challenges they face. This makes her an unvaluable resource for everyone working in the office. More than anyone else, Emmanuèle knows how to balance authority and gentleness in all her dealings with others. These professional and social qualities make her the preferred advisor for a loyal clientèle, in Switzerland and abroad. She also stands out for her deep-seated sense of duty towards society, which can be seen in her remarkable involvement in philanthropic causes. She plays a crucial role as a member of the foundation for the university hospitals in Geneva, the Fondation des HUG. In the past she has given active support to the Association Action Sabrina, the Fondation Gourgas, the Fondation Nadine de Rothschild.
