Denise has a robust academic foundation and serves as a great example and role model for the intellectual vitality of our firm. We are consistently impressed by the exceptional skills and dedication displayed by Denise in her dual roles as a practicing attorney and a lecturer. She does not only contribute to the growth and development of aspiring legal minds but also fosters a culture of continuous learning. This commitment to academic excellence ensures that our firm stays at the forefront of legal developments and remains a trusted advisor for our clients. In today's dynamic legal landscape, understanding and navigating ESG considerations is paramount. A young lawyer like Denise with a keen awareness of environmental, social, and governance issues not only aligns with the evolving needs of our clients but also strengthens our firm’s position as a leader in socially responsible legal practices. Denise’s insights can guide our clients through the complex intersection of law and sustainability, fostering a positive impact on both business and society. Denise's monograph, titled "The International Rule of Law," coupled with her role as a lecturer in Philosophy of Law teaching the Master's course "Global Justice and the Law," along with her keen interest in ESG matters, collectively exemplify her unwavering commitment to integrity and principled leadership. She significantly enriches the diversity of thought in our practice groups. Denise is proficient in German, French and English, and has a good command of Spanish. Her ability to operate in French within a primarily German-speaking environment not only benefits our clients but also contributes to the overall diversity and success of KC Zurich.
