Deal Ticker: Lindsay Goldberg acquires Bilcare Research Group

Bilcare Research Group is a leading supplier of packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry as well as of special labels for the consumer goods industry and of special films for credit cards. Headquartered in Basel, the group operates manufacturing sites in Bötzingen and Staufen (both Germany), Castiglione (Italy), Delaware (USA) as well as Singapore. It employs approximately 1,000 people and generated annual revenues of more than 300 million in 2018.

Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal advisor to the parent company of the seller and to the ultimate beneficial owner. The team has been led by Emanuel Dettwiler (Partner, M&A/Corporate) and included Larissa Simeon (Associate, M&A/Corporate) and Olivier Mosimann (Partner, Litigation/Arbitration).
