Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advised palero on the acquisition of Fischer Söhne AG

On August 9, 2023, palero, an independent investment fund exclusively advised by palero capital in Munich, announced that it acquired the Swiss based Fischer Söhne AG, a packaging specialist and leading player for cleanroom applications for the medical sector with over 100 employees. palero acquired 100% of the shares in the formerly family-owned company. The purchase price was not disclosed.
