Seminar: Blockchain Law in Switzerland V

Last Tuesday, 10 March 2026, we had the pleasure of contributing to the seminar “Blockchain Law in Switzerland: Update on the Latest Developments and the Planned Revision of the Financial Institutions Act from a Practical Perspective” in Zurich. 

Our partner Luca Bianchi led the seminar and shared valuable insights into the planned revision of the Financial Institutions Act as well as the latest developments shaping blockchain regulation in Switzerland.

Another highlight of the evening was the engaging fireside chat with Dr. Michael Manz (SIF) hosted by Cornelia Stengel, discussing current hot topics in blockchain law and the future of digital finance.
