On February 14, 2024, WellDev AG acquired all shares in InnoTix AG from Gobeum Holding AG. InnoTix AG, a Swiss software company with over 20 employees, develops innovative software products for the public transportation sector. Its expertise includes app and web development as well as the integration of interfaces. Kellerhals Carrard acted as legal advisor to WellDev AG.
