Deal Ticker: Kellerhals Carrard advises SKAN on its acquisition of Metronik to accelerate the digital transformation

SIX-listed SKAN Group AG, world market leader for isolator systems for the (bio-) pharmaceutical industry, has signed an agreement to acquire a 76% stake in the Slovenian Metronik, a leading provider of digitalization and automation systems with 160 employees. The remaining 24% will remain with the management.

With the acquisition, SKAN expands its automation expertise. Thomas Huber, CEO of SKAN: “The integration of Metronik is another milestone in the digitalization of SKAN's offering. Seamless integration into our customers' production processes enables us to increase their efficiency along the entire value chain.”
