As an IT support professional, I'm a passionate technology enthusiast with a keen interest in solving technical problems. After completing my training as an IT specialist in the field of system integration, I began my career as a support technician in an IT company.

Over the past few years, I have developed my skills and knowledge in various IT support areas, including troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and configuring applications, network maintenance and monitoring, as well as database administration.
