Claire Mordelet provides legal advice primarily in the areas of domestic and international commercial arbitration, both institutional (in particular under the auspices of the ICC and the Swiss Arbitration Center) and ad hoc. She mainly acts as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal and occasionally as arbitrator or as counsel. She is admitted to the Bar of the jurisdictions of Paris and New York.
