Maria Pustlauk

Since 2023 Maria Pustlauk has held responsibility for the know-how management of the Start-up Desk.

Having passed the First and Second State Examinations in Germany (2009 and 2020) and a doctorate in Competition and Securities Law at the Humboldt University in Berlin (DE) Maria Pustlauk is now domiciled in Switzerland. She brings with her an extensive knowledge in the field of commercial law and an excellent talent for organisation. She is registered as an attorney at law (DE).

Prior to working as a know-how manager she worked as an attorney at law in the areas of competition law and litigation in a German commercial law firm and as a research assistant at the Humboldt University in Berlin specialising in energy and commercial law. Many years of experience in planning events round off her profile. With this proven expertise she is ideally positioned to raise the organisation of the Start-up Desk to a higher level.
