Dr. Blanka Batschwaroff

Blanka Batschwaroff advises companies, investors and founders on corporate and commercial law as well as M&A transactions. She represents companies and private individuals in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She also advises entrepreneurial families and individuals on succession planning and foundation law. Prior to joining Kellerhals Carrard, Blanka Batschwaroff worked as a research assistant in corporate law at the University of Basel and obtained her doctorate in foundation law.
