Kellerhals Carrard advises shareholders on the sale of Koch Kabel AG to ELEKTRO-MATERIAL AG

ELEKTRO-MATERIAL AG (EM) has acquired Koch Kabel AG, an established Swiss specialist in cable and project solutions with particular expertise in advising on, planning and delivering complex cable projects. The acquisition strengthens EM’s project and advisory capabilities and complements its existing cable offering. The transaction forms part of EM’s Strategy 2028.
