Deal ticker: Fraunhofer Technology Transfer Fund FTTF joins Swiss start-up ViboTec AG
ViboTec AG is a specialist for the use of virtual perimeter advertising during live sports broadcasts using state-of-the-art technology. The Fraunhofer Tech Transfer Fund, jointly founded by the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the German Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft as part of the European Commission's InnovFin program, has acquired a stake in the young Swiss high-tech company. Kellerhals Carrard (Thomas Bähler, Michèle Remund, Kathrin Enderli) advised ViboTec and its shareholders in the transaction. |
