F.G. Pfister Holding Ltd acquires a 49% participation in Promet AG in Kirchberg (SG) via F.G. Pfister Beteiligungen AG. The company provides system solutions for energy engineering. Its main fields of activity are the planning and construction of wiring systems, busbars, metal and plastic products, and assembly-modules. Production is 100% in Switzerland at the company's own highly automated production facilities.

Kellerhals Carrard (Thomas Bähler, Kathrin Enderli, Lukas Dellenbach) assisted the buyer.
