Deal Ticker : Clinique La Prairie / Beiersdorf purchases the Real Estate Premises of Clinique La Prairie

On February 28, 2024, Clinique La Prairie, the esteemed global leader in longevity based in Montreux, Switzerland, entered into a sales and leaseback transaction with Beiersdorf AG, the renowned German parent company of the luxury brand La Prairie, concerning its headquarters' real estate premises in Montreux. This sales and leaseback transaction encompasses seven buildings spread across more than 23,000 square meters.

The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to be finalized later this year.
