KC Tokyo Office is headed by Charles Ochsner, the first Swiss Attorney at Law registered in Japan in 1998. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association. KC Tokyo Office advises companies and individuals on matters subject to Swiss law. For cases involving the application of Japanese law, the Tokyo Office works with Japanese attorneys within its network who are recognized for their competence in the respective matters to assist its clients.

Charles Ochsner also acts as counsel to CH Projects Management Ltd., a consulting company offering management services to assist primarily Swiss companies in strengthening their presence in Japan.
