Lawyer (commercial law / M&A/commercial litigation) 100%

Job description :

As a lawyer with solid experience in commercial law / M&A, you will report nationally to our ‘Company and Corporate Law; M&A’ group. 

You will deal with commercial law issues from a cross-disciplinary perspective (corporate law (financing, M&A, restructuring, reorganisation, etc.), capital markets, complex contracts, regulatory aspects, commercial litigation). 

We encourage our staff to develop initiatives in the above areas.

Your profile : 

- Master's degree in Swiss law and Swiss bar exam. Additional training (LL.M.) and professional experience abroad would be an asset.
- Excellent academic qualifications and references.
- At least 5 years' significant experience in commercial law / M&A.
- Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; ability to understand and carry out research in German. Other languages a plus. 
- Strong interest in business and our activities.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Dynamic, inquisitive personality with excellent team spirit.
